Treadmill 2 days in a row (7/1/22)

Feels good to hit the treadmill 2 days in a row. Still doing a walking pace but throwing in a few 1 minute jogs. I went from 167 > 179 lbs since my gout flare-up > renal foot. Obviously I retain fluid in between treatments (skyrocketed me up to 194 lbs with excess fluid a few weeks ago) but looking forward to getting my dry weight back down to 167 and hopefully even leaner this time around.

This kidney failure thing has introduced a whole number of new challenges to my fitness routine but hoping the complete removal of alcohol and the increasing consumption of more fresh vegetables and fruit will offset the limitations.
