Kidney Failure
I need to untrain my body (6/23/22)
Hit 10k steps last 2 days. First time I’ve hit that in 5 weeks. About to do another 10k steps right now to get that elusive 3 in a row.
Also my new fluid restriction is tough. 32 ounces a day max. I had 5 ounces of cranberry juice for breakfast and now 8 ounces coffee at Starbucks (not giving this up, non-negotiable) and I’ve almost drank my max for the day since water in food counts towards my 32 ounces.
Literally have to untrain my body
1) drink less water!
2) don’t sweat too much!
3) eat white bread instead of whole grain!
4) enjoy bagels, white rice and pasta guilt-free!
5) avocado, banana and tomato can kill you!
6) learn to cook!
